Evesca.com provides AI-powered automation solutions tailored to home service businesses, including lead follow-up, customer communication, scheduling, and workflow automation. We offer AI “employee” systems to help small to medium-sized businesses streamline their operations and grow faster.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Evesca.com, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

• Not misuse or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up or when using our tools.

• Not use our Services to transmit spam, malicious software, or unauthorized data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we detect misuse or unauthorized activity.

4. Account & Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Evesca is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Messaging Program

a) Messaging program includes welcomes messages, events, followup and reminder notifications.

b) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

c) If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]

d) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

e) As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Evesca.com, including logos, software, workflows, automation scripts, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Evesca and protected under copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to paid services:

• You agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined on your plan.

• All payments are due in advance.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Late or failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to our Services. Evesca is not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evesca and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

This includes loss of revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
